Brief Description
As the Associate Director, Data Strategy and Optimization with Moore, you will help us develop and execute media planning and data modeling strategies within the merge. We are looking for an exceptional person to support data strategy and optimization for our clients and agency partners. We require extensive experience with data processing (merge/purge) and modeling optimization services. This is an exciting role as we seek to deliver the most innovative acquisition solutions and services to our nonprofit clients.
This role is based in Westminster, CO with a hybrid schedule.

Your Impact:
- Serve as the key project communicator liaison for client data processing campaigns and coordinate with AFM account teams, Moore divisions, Aegis Data Processing teams, SimioCloud teams, clients, and others.
- Develop and continuously improve data processing instructions:
- Create and refine detailed data processing instructions to ensure accuracy, consistency, and efficiency.
- Stay abreast of best practices and emerging strategies to enhance data processing effectiveness.
- Oversee campaign execution:
- Provide leadership in overseeing the execution of campaigns, ensuring alignment with data processing instructions and client requirements.
- QC data reports to ensure accuracy throughout merge process.
- Collaborate with data teams, account teams, and modeling teams to execute campaign optimization strategies.
- Provide source coding, creative package splits, and segmentation assignment on merge output.
- Support data processing sales efforts to grow client base.
- Participate in RFP content development.
- Develop and enhance sales materials for data processing services.
- Perform other job-related duties as required.
- 10+ years’ experience, preferably with direct marketing agency or client.
- Bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.S.) or equivalent from an accredited college or university.
- While experience is essential, just as vital are a willingness to learn and a passion about your work.
- An understanding of direct marketing performance metrics.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- A solid understanding of predictive modeling and analytics.
- Able to manage day-to-day program execution for multiple clients.
- Self-motivated, detail oriented, and highly organized.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Collaborative and enjoy working in a team environment.
- Strong and effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Intermediate proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office products, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
