Blue Print Out is seeking a detail-oriented and energetic Event Specialist to join our growing team in New Orleans. This role involves managing the planning and execution of diverse events from start to finish, ensuring all components align with the client’s objectives and our high standards.

**Responsibilities**

• Plan and execute corporate, private, and promotional events with excellence.
• Coordinate with vendors, venues, and internal teams to ensure event success.
• Oversee event setup, breakdown, and on-site operations.
• Manage logistics including budgeting, scheduling, and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with safety, legal, and brand standards at all times.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues swiftly during events.
• Provide exceptional client service and maintain strong communication throughout the event cycle.
  
  

Qualifications

**Qualifications**

• Proven experience in event planning or coordination (2+ years preferred).
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong attention to detail and time management.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and solve problems effectively.
• Professional verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with event logistics and vendor management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is a plus.
