We’re looking for a results-driven PPC Specialist to manage campaigns across Google, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Meta (with future opportunities in CTV/OTV). In this role, you’ll handle everything from keyword research and bid management to creative testing, conversion tracking, and campaign reporting.

Full Job Description:
The PPC Specialist is responsible for planning, executing, optimizing, and reporting on paid advertising campaigns across Google, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Meta platforms, with potential future expansion into CTV and Over-the-Top OTV channels.
This role manages day-to-day campaign performance, including keyword research, audience segmentation, creative testing, bid strategies, and budget optimization. The PPC Specialist will collaborate closely with account managers, strategists, and creative teams to ensure campaigns deliver measurable results and align with client goals.
The ideal candidate is analytical, results-driven, and confident, managing multiple client campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced agency environment.
Required Skills and Competencies
- Strong quantitative focus with expertise in performance-driven advertising
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager
- Proficiency with campaign setup, audience targeting, and creative optimization
- Knowledge of conversion tracking, attribution models, Google Tag Manager, and analytics reporting
- Advanced skills in monitoring KPIs, including CTR, CPA, CPL, and ROAS
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for reporting and client communication
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously
- Proactive problem-solving and adaptability in a changing digital landscape
- Strong organizational skills and ability to use project management tools effectively
- Familiarity with landing page optimization and CRO principles
- Experience managing client budgets across a range of industries and spend levels. Small to mid-sized budgets with budget growth potential.
- Familiarity with landing page optimization and conversion rate best practices (HubSpot, Unbounce, or similar)
- Ability to collaborate with creative teams to brief and test ad copy, graphics, and video assets.
Required Education and Experience
- 3+ years of PPC campaign management experience (agency experience preferred)
- Meta, LinkedIn and Google Ads Certifications strongly preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field OR equivalent experience
