Brief Description
As a Predictive Data Analyst II, you will take an advanced role in developing predictive models, executing analytical projects, and helping enhance data products. You are expected to work independently on most projects, navigate technical tools with confidence, and communicate results clearly to stakeholders. This role requires a deep understanding of our business context and experience working with clients and non-technical teams. Your role requires the ability to translate complex data science into actionable business insights, managing work for a wide range of non-profit clients, and an understanding of direct marketing is essential.

Your Impact:
- Manage multiple client analytics projects, meeting deadlines with minimal supervision
- Design, build, and improve predictive models and analytics solutions
- Contribute to enhancements of existing products and tools
- Translate complex data insights into actionable business recommendations
- Work fluidly between cloud-based and local environments using appropriate tools
- Provide mentorship and support to more junior analysts
- Consult regularly with internal and external stakeholders
- Present findings to internal and external stakeholders
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Data Science, or a related field
- 2–4 years of experience in predictive analytics, data science, or consumer marketing
- Demonstrated experience delivering analytic solutions in a business setting
- Strong command of SQL
- Proficiency in Python or R for model development and analysis
- Solid understanding of cloud data environments (e.g., Snowflake, AWS)
- Familiarity with Power BI or other visualization tools
- Knowledge of direct marketing industry and concepts
- Understanding of non-profit industry and client challenges
- Advanced communication and presentation skills
- Effective time management and attention to detail
