But what sets up apart from other search engines is our wide range of AI tools and services offered to both candidates and employers to enhance their search.
How can I create a profile on Empleos?
To create a profile on Empleos, go to the homepage and click on the "Sign In" link on the top right of the navigation. You can register on our platform either with your google account or with your email address. Once you sign-up, you will be redirected to the profile page to select your role. We currently support two types of roles: candidate and employer. You can also upload a profile image to make your profile more authentic.
How can I contact support?

Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes, you can cancel any subscription at any time. However the subscription paid for the active period will not be refunded.
How do I manage my subscriptions?

To apply for a job on Empleos, first create a profile and then create a new resume. Then, search for job opportunities that match your skills and experience. When you find a job that you are interested in, click on the "Apply Now" button to submit your application.
How can I get my resume noticed by employers?
To get your resume noticed by employers on Empleos platform, make sure your profile is complete and up to date. Tailor your resume to the specific job you're applying for. Use keywords that match the job requirements, and highlight your relevant experience. You can take advantage of our AI recommendation service to optimize your resume to the job requirements.
Can I create multiple resumes?

How do I search for jobs?
You can search for jobs by location, category, keywords, or company name. Use our advanced filters to narrow down results based on salary range, contract type (full-time, part-time, contractor), and other preferences.
Is Empleos free for job seekers?
As a registered job seeker, you can create a profile, upload resumes and search for jobs for free.
You can even apply for jobs without paying for a subscription.
But we highly encourage you to subscribing to Career boost package service. This will allow you to use our AI tools and services.
What subscription plans are available for candidates?
Our subscription system is designed to be flexible and employer-friendly:

If I am located outside the U.S, can I apply for a job on your site?
Unfortunately, our platform is only available in the U.S. All the jobs posted on our site are based in the U.S. But we plan to expand to other geographical regions in the near future. Stay tuned!
How do I know if an employer is interested in my resume?
If an employer contacts you, you will get notified by email. In addition you get a web notification.
Where can I view jobs that I’ve applied on your platform?

Please note that all new job postings require admin approval before they appear on the website to ensure quality and compliance with our guidelines.
When will my job posting appear on the website?
All job postings require admin approval before appearing on the website. This process typically takes 12-24 hours and ensures that all listings meet our quality standards and comply with employment regulations. You'll receive a notification once your job posting is approved and live on the site.
As an employer, how can I contact a job seeker?
You can contact a job seeker on Empleos platform by clicking on the "Contact Candidate Now" button on their resumes page. This requires an active subscription.
What subscription plans are available for employers?
Our subscription system is designed to be flexible and employer-friendly:
- Starter Plan: Choose a Starter plan for upto 20 job listings per month and basic analytics.
- Pro Plan: You have unlimited job postings and access to advanced analytics.
- Free Trial: All Starter plans come with a trial period of one week.
Where can I view job applications from candidates?
Click on the top right menu and navigate to My Job Application section.
How do I know if a candidate applied for a job that I posted on your platform?
Once a candidate applies to a job listing, you will get notified by email. In addition you will see it in your notifications page.
What AI features are available for employers?
Once you subscribe to our Subscription plans, you can take advantage of our AI service offerings including

How do I change my Employer Subscription plan?
