Key Role
Bring your expertise to collaborate and support the development of a Navy training manual. Monitor training and readiness performance and milestones, as well as identify training gaps. Identify, analyze, and evaluate complex systems, policies, and processes, providing data-driven inputs to enhance the Navy’s resource allocation and readiness assessments. Conduct analysis on readiness data and prepare informational and decision briefs, products, and visualizations to shape and influence the Navy’s requirements process.
Basic Qualifications:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees. Basic Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience as a Navy officer or senior enlisted working in or with a Maritime Operations Center (MOC) at the Operational Level
- Experience with Navy training and readiness processes and procedures
- Experience developing training materials, assessing, and identifying learning gaps
- Experience working in a sensitive compartmented information facility (SCIF)
- Knowledge of DoD IT systems and network certification, and accreditation processes to include security authorization agreements
- Ability to compose briefs and deliver to Navy senior executives and flag officers
- TS/SCI clearance
- Bachelor’s degree
- 10+ years of experience as a Navy officer or senior enlisted working in or with a Maritime Operations Center (MOC)
- Experience drafting and creating a Navy training manual
- Masters degree
