Senior Recruiter – Build the Team That Builds the Dream

Location: Alpharetta, GA | Type: Full-Time | Comp: Base + Bonus

At Brown Haven Homes (BH), we don't just build homes—we build futures. We're scaling fast, with a bold plan to add dozens of new team members across sales, construction, admin, and senior leadership by 2027. To get there, we need a world-class recruiter who thrives on speed, grit, and results.

This isn't a sit-back-and-post job board role. We need a hunter who will:

  • Source high-volume frontline hires (sales, admins, construction pros).
  • Head-hunt senior leaders (VP Finance, VP Purchasing, Sales Directors).
  • Build and run a repeatable recruiting machine that scales with our growth.

WHO YOU ARE

  • A Hunter. You don't wait for résumés—you track down top talent and get them in the door.
  • Builder Mindset. You'll inherit systems but make them 10X better while filling roles.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Fill 20+ critical roles in 12 months across operations, construction, admin, and senior leadership
  • Maintain < 60-day time-to-fill while only presenting A-player candidates
  • Build talent pipelines so deep we never scramble for candidates again
  • Partner with hiring managers who expect excellence—and deliver it
  • Create recruiting processes that scale from 30 to 300 hires annually

    WHAT GETS YOU IN THE DOOR:

    • 3+ years crushing it in high-volume recruiting (bonus if in construction/trades/sales)
    • Proven track record of filling 5+ roles monthly with quality hires
    • Experience recruiting everything from hourly trades to managers
    • ATS mastery and the ability to run recruiting infrastructure
    • Office in our Alpharetta, GA office (Remote days available)

    $105,000—$135,000 USD
