What You’ll Do

As an assembler technology solutions group, you will assemble central hydraulic systems as for our Snow & Ice Division.

  • Assemble all parts and sub-assemblies into tank enclosure that make up a central hydraulic system
  • Build valves, manifolds, hoses, filters, clean-out covers, and any kits that go with the system; make any electrical connections that goes on the system
  • Build bill of material for new system, run work orders, track inventory on parts used, clean, and wrap for shipment
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures
  • Maintain a safe work environment and care of company property
  • Observe all safety rules and regulations
  • Perform other duties as assigned


Your Experiences & Skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
  • One (1) to two (2) years of experience with parts assembly
  • Good mechanical aptitude
  • Ability to use basic hand tools
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
  • Ability to write routing reports and correspondence
  • Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of the organization
  • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists
  • Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, verbal, diagram or schedule form
  • Good communication skills
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings

SALARY GRADE: 11
