What You Will Be Doing
As a Business Operations Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Integrating data from various teams to drive business results and manage financial performance for a portfolio of programs
- Managing short and long-range financial and program performance, including contract orders, sales, profit, and cash
- Developing and managing program budget baselines, earned value management, and program performance reporting
- Assessing issues, risks, and opportunities that affect business portfolio/program performance and developing associated action plans
- Interfacing and partnering with external customers and internal stakeholders, including program management, finance, and operations teams
- Supporting new business pursuits and developing executable and competitive proposals
- Playing a key role in strategic business case development and analysis to support financial and operational decisions
- Managing a team of finance professionals, including recruitment, talent development, performance assessment, and employee management
