This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building strong client relationships, coordinating cross-functional teams, and delivering marketing campaigns that get results.
What You’ll Do
- Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients—communicating regularly via email, phone, and in-person meetings to understand their needs and keep projects on track
- Lead internal kickoff meetings to clearly translate client goals into actionable tasks for creative, media, development, and content teams
- Manage campaign development from concept through execution—including timelines, budgets, approvals, and performance tracking
- Develop and present client-facing documents, such as strategic briefs, status updates, creative reviews, and project recaps
- Coordinate directly with creative and digital teams to ensure deliverables meet expectations and deadlines
- Monitor and proactively manage project scope, identifying and communicating changes, roadblocks, or opportunities to internal and client teams
- Foster long-term client relationships by anticipating needs, offering strategic recommendations, and identifying opportunities for account growth
- Stay current on client industries and competitors, bringing insights and ideas that align with their goals and position Pannos Marketing as a strategic partner
- 3–5 years of agency, marketing, or client-facing experience (financial services experience is a plus)
- Proven ability to juggle multiple priorities and client expectations
- Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
- Familiarity with both digital and traditional media
- A strategic mindset and collaborative spirit
- Bonus points for experience with analytics or marketing measurement tools
