Job Overview

Pintauro Construction Company, LLC is seeking a seasoned and driven Project Site Superintendent to join our Field Operations team. This key leadership role is responsible for managing all on-site aspects of residential and commercial renovation and new construction projects, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to plans and specifications. We're looking for a proactive professional with strong construction knowledge, leadership capabilities, and proven success managing multimillion-dollar projects.

Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To

• Provide daily on-site coordination and supervision for all phases of construction.
• Schedule and monitor subcontractors, vendors, consultants, and inspections.
• Maintain strict adherence to project timelines, plans, specs, and safety regulations.
• Ensure quality control, job site cleanliness, and safe working environments.
• Maintain daily logs, issue non-compliance notices, and coordinate inspections.
• Identify, resolve, and communicate field conflicts or deficiencies.
• Lead subcontractor meetings, walkthroughs, and punch list completion.
• Support project budgeting, bidding, material submittals, and permit processes.
• Hire sub-tier vendors and manage project startup and closure responsibilities.
  
  

Qualifications

• 10+ years of verifiable construction supervision experience.
• Proven experience managing $5M-$20M projects.
• Strong technical knowledge of residential and commercial construction methods.
• Proficiency with Procore and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Project).
• Excellent communication, leadership, and conflict resolution skills.
• Experience in multifamily construction is preferred.
• OSHA 30 certification required.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field experience preferred.
