Job Overview

Pintauro Construction Company, LLC is seeking a seasoned and driven Project Site Superintendent to join our Field Operations team. This key leadership role is responsible for managing all on-site aspects of residential and commercial renovation and new construction projects, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to plans and specifications. We're looking for a proactive professional with strong construction knowledge, leadership capabilities, and proven success managing multimillion-dollar projects.

Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To

Provide daily on-site coordination and supervision for all phases of construction.
Schedule and monitor subcontractors, vendors, consultants, and inspections.
Maintain strict adherence to project timelines, plans, specs, and safety regulations.
Ensure quality control, job site cleanliness, and safe working environments.
Maintain daily logs, issue non-compliance notices, and coordinate inspections.
Identify, resolve, and communicate field conflicts or deficiencies.
Lead subcontractor meetings, walkthroughs, and punch list completion.
Support project budgeting, bidding, material submittals, and permit processes.
Hire sub-tier vendors and manage project startup and closure responsibilities.

Qualifications

10+ years of verifiable construction supervision experience.
Proven experience managing $5M-$20M projects.
Strong technical knowledge of residential and commercial construction methods.
Proficiency with Procore and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Project).
Excellent communication, leadership, and conflict resolution skills.
Experience in multifamily construction is preferred.
OSHA 30 certification required.
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field experience preferred.
