About the Opportunity
We are partnering with a large client running seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to support a high-profile Order-to-Cash (OTC) transformation and collections optimization initiative. This role will join a specialized project team focused on improving collection effectiveness, accelerating cash flow, and providing critical business intelligence to leadership.
This is an excellent opportunity for a highly analytical professional who enjoys working at the intersection of finance, operations, and technology while leveraging Oracle Fusion and Power BI to drive business decisions.

Position Summary
The Business Intelligence Analyst will be responsible for analyzing accounts receivable, collections, and operational data to identify trends, monitor performance, and develop reporting solutions that support business stakeholders. The ideal candidate possesses strong technical reporting skills, hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
Experience supporting franchise-based organizations is strongly preferred.
Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and data visualizations for finance and operations teams.
Analyze collections, accounts receivable, and Order-to-Cash (OTC) data to identify opportunities for process improvement and risk mitigation.
Extract, validate, and transform data from Oracle Fusion and related systems.
Develop KPI reporting and executive-level dashboards focused on collections performance, aged receivables, cash flow, and customer payment trends.
Partner with finance, accounting, collections, and operational teams to gather reporting requirements and deliver data-driven solutions.
Identify data quality issues and implement recommendations to improve reporting accuracy and consistency.
Perform ad hoc analysis to support leadership decision-making and project initiatives.
Create automated reporting processes and improve existing reporting efficiencies.
Assist in forecasting, trend analysis, and performance measurement initiatives.
Document reporting processes, business rules, and technical specifications.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Financial Analytics, or a related field.
Strong hands-on experience with Power BI, including dashboard development, data modeling, and visualization best practices.
Experience working with Oracle Fusion ERP.
Advanced SQL and data analysis skills.
Strong understanding of financial and operational reporting concepts.
Ability to interpret large datasets and communicate insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience supporting multi-location business environments.
Background in Accounts Receivable, Collections, Credit, Order-to-Cash (OTC), or Finance Operations.
Experience with data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
Knowledge of financial KPIs and performance metrics.
Familiarity with Excel Power Query, Power Pivot, or other reporting tools.
