Senior Analyst, Sales & Service Analytics

Salary Range: $104,500 - $118,250 per year

Must be onsite in Boston, MA (Monday-Thursday)

The Global Service Sales Analytics team functions as the critical analytical backbone for Wayfair Global Customer Service & B2C Sales, facilitating real-time business health monitoring and supporting foundational operations. Our mandate encompasses comprehensive KPI reporting, advanced performance modeling, the deployment of proactive AI-driven solutions, and oversight of business rhythms.

We partner extensively with Product, Tech, and Operations, acting as both strategic consultants and direct owners of execution. Our goal is to provide the organization with standardized performance transparency and a robust data infrastructure. We strive to drive operational efficiency and fuel revenue growth via actionable, data-backed insights and cutting-edge technology. We are seeking an analytical, results-driven Senior Business Analyst to spearhead these initiatives, solving complex challenges through a fusion of data precision, automation, and innovative thinking.

What You'll Do

• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into data-driven solutions.
• Build dashboards, reports, and visualizations that provide actionable insights and improve decision-making.
• Conduct ad hoc analyses and communicate findings with clear business recommendations.
• Define, measure, and continuously improve key performance metrics to drive operational performance.
• Lead analytical projects from scoping through implementation, partnering with business, product, and technology teams.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes through automation, scalable reporting, and workflow optimization.
• Leverage GenAI and emerging technologies to accelerate analysis, improve efficiency, and create reusable solutions.
• Continuously challenge existing processes and identify innovative ways to improve the customer experience and business outcomes.
  
  

What You'll Need

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field
• 2+ years of professional experience
• Advanced experience with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, SQL or GBQ, and data visualization tools such as Google Data Studio (Looker, Tableau, or PowerBI)
• Team-first attitude with enthusiasm for cross-functional collaboration
• High attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
• An entrepreneurial spirit and mindset; you must be adaptable and comfortable with change
