Location: San Diego, CA

Are you an experienced Product Line Manager or Program Manager with a background in defense, aerospace, rugged electronics, or mission systems?

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Product Manager to lead manufacturing programs for a critical defense technology product line. This is a senior leadership opportunity responsible for the full program lifecycle, including production planning, supply chain, quality assurance, engineering integration, delivery, and customer acceptance.

What You’ll Do

• Own cost, schedule, and delivery performance across the product portfolio
• Lead defense hardware manufacturing programs from production planning through customer delivery
• Manage production planning, supply chain partners, and manufacturing operations
• Coordinate with Systems Engineering, Integration, and Test teams
• Oversee AS9100 quality processes, CAPA, FAI, and nonconformance management
• Manage supplier relationships, procurement planning, and BOM control
• Support systems engineering processes, design reviews, integration, and verification and validation
• Lead cross functional engineering teams and communicate with senior leadership, customers, and government stakeholders

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related STEM field, or equivalent experience
• 7+ years of program or product line management experience
• Background in defense, aerospace, rugged electronics, avionics, or mission systems
• Experience managing defense hardware manufacturing programs
• Strong AS9100 and quality management experience
• Supply chain and supplier management experience
• Systems engineering and integration experience
• U.S. Citizenship required
• Must be able to obtain a U.S. Secret Security Clearance; active clearance preferred

Preferred

• FAR/DFARS and government contracting experience
• Defense acquisition and program review experience
• VPX/SOSA aligned computing or avionics hardware experience
• PMP or equivalent certification
