Role
Job Description:
The Media Planner is responsible for developing and managing the implementation of Media plans. This role is also responsible for the administration, financial management, reporting and optimization recommendations/implementation. Other responsibilities include development of POVs based on media valuation, budget tracking and management, and maintaining good vendor relationships
In addition, this role is responsible to support business improvement by meeting personal and departmental goals and objectives timely and effectively.

Qualifications/Traits
Education:
A bachelor’s degree in a related field.
Skills And Experience
A minimum of 1-2 years of media planning or related experience
Exposure to planning all media channels, both nationally and locally, is preferred.
Good at math.
Data driven or programmatic media experience, a plus.
Exposure and experience with core planning tools and systems.
Experience delivering programs from hypothetical to real world execution, is a plus.
Strong negotiation skills.
Cross-platform experience with media partners, is a plus.

Strong verbal and written presentation skills.

The salary range for this position is listed below. Where an employee or prospective employee is paid within this range will depend on a variety of factors, including but not limited to budget, relevant experience, qualifications, and tenure in similar roles. Consideration may also be given to internal salary data for current or former employees in the same or similar positions.
Salary Range: $52,000-$60,000 annually $52,000.00 - $60,000.00
Omnicom’s policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager.
