Required Education: Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Business, Healthcare, or other related field.
Degree Equivalency:

2 year degree in Computer Science, Business or related field and 2 years of reporting and data analysis work experience.
OR 4 years reporting and data analysis experience.

Assisting customers (I/S employees) with adhoc analysis and recurring work related primarily to work planning and resource allocation
Using an internal tool (MPS) in conjunction with the backend database (SQL Server) through Access, Excel, PowerBi, etc.
Utilizing a consultative mindset to help customers reach intended outcomes
Driving process schedules and process improvements
Sustaining the high level of quality expected of the department
Able to understand the data at the lowest level
Able to talk to the story and summarize for an executive audience
Position is more people oriented than technical
Soft Skills
Crisp and clear verbal communication is paramount
Excellent customer service skills
