The Fountain Group is a national staffing firm and are currently seeking a Production Data Analyst for a prominent client of ours.

About the Role

This position is located in Fairport, NY 14450. Details of the position are as follows:

PAY IS $20-$30/hour to start!

Responsibilities

• 6-month assignment with possibility for extension or conversion based on performance and business needs.
• Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Located in Fairport, NY.
• Position will be primarily responsible for supporting manufacturing planning, production scheduling, and operational reporting within the Coating Department.
• Position will be responsible for collecting, validating, organizing, and maintaining production, quality, downtime, and operational data.
• Position will generate and maintain Excel-based reports, schedules, dashboards, and tracking tools to support department leadership.
• Position will support startup readiness activities and ensure production teams have the information and resources needed for successful execution.
• Position will work closely with production supervisors, planners, and manufacturing leadership to improve data accuracy and reporting accuracy.
• Position will analyze production data, identify discrepancies, and assist with operational decision-making.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required; Bachelor's degree HIGHLY preferred.

Required Skills

• Strong Microsoft Excel proficiency is required.
• Experience creating and manipulating spreadsheets, reports, and production schedules.
• Experience with Excel formulas, data analysis, and data management.
• Experience using VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, charts, graphs, and linked worksheets is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• Ability to analyze, manipulate, and interpret large data sets.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in manufacturing, production planning, scheduling, expediting, operations support, or data coordination is preferred.
• Experience with SAP is preferred.
• Experience with Power BI is preferred.

U.S. Citizenship is required due to ITAR/DOD compliance requirements.
