Meeboss is a fast-growing startup building products from the ground up. We move quickly, value ownership, and rely on data to drive product and business decisions.

We are looking for a highly technical Product Data Analyst to own product analytics, event tracking, reporting, and business insights. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working closely with product and engineering teams, building reliable data foundations, and turning data into actionable recommendations.

Candidates with prior software engineering experience are strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

· Design and maintain product event tracking frameworks and analytics specifications.

· Partner with Product and Engineering teams to ensure accurate instrumentation and data collection.

· Define, monitor, and improve key product and business metrics.

· Build dashboards, reports, and self-service analytics to support decision-making across the company.

· Analyze user behavior, engagement, retention, and conversion funnels to identify growth opportunities.

· Conduct ad hoc analyses and provide actionable recommendations to stakeholders.

· Ensure data quality and consistency across reporting systems.

· Help establish analytics best practices, metric definitions, and documentation.

· Support data modeling and warehouse development as the company scales.

Qualifications

Required

· 5+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Product Analytics, Business Intelligence, or a related field.

· Advanced SQL skills and experience working with large datasets.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

· Experience designing event tracking and measurement frameworks.

· Experience building dashboards and reports using modern BI tools.

· Ability to communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

· Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment with high ownership and ambiguity.

Preferred

· Prior Software Engineering experience or strong engineering background.

· Experience with Python for data analysis and automation.

· Experience with product analytics platforms such as Amplitude, Mixpanel, GA4, or similar tools.

· Familiarity with data warehouses such as Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, or Databricks.

· Experience with ETL pipelines, data modeling, or analytics engineering concepts.

· Experience supporting product-led growth, consumer products, or SaaS businesses.
