Victoria Crossing Rehabilitation is looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Business Office Manager to oversee and streamline our administrative operations. If you have a strong background in billing, accounts management, HR support, and a passion for excellence in long-term care, we want you on our team!
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct administrative support to the Administrator and department heads.
- Act as a liaison between the Administrator’s office and all facility departments.
- Manage general administrative tasks, including typing, filing, recordkeeping, and accounts processing.
- Assist in scheduling meetings with families, outside agencies, and third-party payors.
- Serve as the facility’s Workers’ Compensation Coordinator.
- Represent the Business Office at Medicare meetings.
- Liaise with Future Care for accounts payable/receivable and payroll.
- Process and distribute resident PNA funds and perform weekly bank runs.
- Provide front desk coverage and visitor support as needed.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a billing or supervisory role within a skilled nursing facility business office.
- Strong understanding of long-term care regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to support multiple departments and handle varying priorities effectively.
