Shift: Part-Time, Weekends (7 AM - 7 PM)

Salary: Up to $40 per hour

Responsibilities:

• Support the Director of Nursing (DON) and Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) in managing the Nursing Department while ensuring compliance with all regulations and guidelines.
• Oversee nursing staff to ensure they are performing in alignment with their job descriptions and facility standards.
• Participate in facility surveys and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Conduct daily rounds to confirm that all nursing personnel meet and exceed accepted care standards.
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• Current and valid RN license in the State of Florida.
• Minimum of 2 years of progressive nursing experience in long-term care (managerial experience preferred).
• Proven leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
