What You'll Do
- Lead relationships that matter -- Build and grow strong partnerships with banks and broker-dealers nationwide.
- Drive strategy and results -- Develop and execute account strategies that support both revenue goals and long-term growth.
- Collaborate across teams -- Partner with sales, marketing, operations, and compliance to deliver seamless support and solutions.
- Be a product expert -- Stay sharp on fixed, indexed, and variable annuities. Educate partners on product benefits and help tailor solutions to their unique needs.
- Stay ahead of the market -- Track industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes to shape partner conversations and influence future strategy.
- Show your impact -- Share insights, metrics, and growth opportunities with leadership to help guide firm-wide priorities.

What Sets You Up For Success
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 7+ years as a key account or relationship manager in financial services (bank and independent broker-dealer experience preferred)
- FINRA Series 6/7 and 63 registrations, plus state insurance license
- Willingness to travel up to 50%
- A proven ability to independently drive results while working collaboratively
- Exceptional interpersonal skills--listening, presenting, and influencing at all levels
- Demonstrated success building and expanding institutional partnerships
