We’re on the hunt for an Event Assistant who’s organized, energetic, and ready to jump into the fast-paced world of events. This is a great opportunity for someone fresh out of school or new to the workforce who wants to learn the ropes of sales, events, and office support in a dynamic small business setting.

Hours & Pay

Full-time (approx. 40 hours/week)
Monday – Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM at our Franklin, TN office
Occasional weekend hours during peak seasons
Competitive hourly pay + potential for growth and future benefits

What You’ll Be Doing

Welcome and assist clients in our showroom and over the phone
Help the sales team prepare rental quotes and manage event details
Keep client records and rental orders organized in our system
Communicate between the sales and warehouse teams to keep events running smoothly
Keep the office and showroom neat, stocked, and looking great
Pitch in on admin tasks, marketing projects, and event prep as needed

Who We’re Looking For

Friendly, upbeat, and great with people
Detail-oriented and organized
A clear communicator—both in person and via email
Comfortable juggling tasks and staying calm under pressure
Additional consideration will be given to candidates with experience in retail, events, administration, or customer service, though this is not a requirement

Must-Haves

High school diploma or equivalent
Confident using a computer
Willing to learn new software
Able to pass a background check
