Job Overview

Seco Restore Inc., a rapidly expanding leader in residential restoration services, is looking for two motivated Business Development Representatives (BDRs) to help grow our referral network and increase market visibility. This part-time, field-based position is perfect for someone who thrives on building relationships, enjoys networking in the community, and wants to develop a career in business development with a mission-driven team. No prior experience is required-we value personality, drive, and coachability above all.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and connect with potential referral partners (e.g., plumbers, roofers, insurance agents, property managers) via cold calls, drop-ins, and networking.
  • Introduce Seco Restore in person to local businesses and build awareness of our services.
  • Schedule and attend meetings with leads, maintaining follow-up communication and nurturing relationships.
  • Represent the company at local community events, trade shows, and expos.
  • Track interactions and outcomes using CRM software and mobile tools.
  • Collaborate with the Business Development Manager to align on outreach strategies and marketing goals.
  • Contribute feedback and insights from field activity to support ongoing marketing campaigns.
  • Assist the marketing team in brainstorming new ideas for outreach and engagement.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Adaptable and eager to learn about the restoration industry and local market trends.
  • Comfortable working independently in the field with minimal supervision.
  • Basic tech literacy for CRM data entry, email, and mobile apps.
  • Positive, coachable attitude and strong teamwork orientation.
  • High School diploma or GED required.
  • Valid driver's license and insurable driving record.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus but not required.

Schedule

  • Part-Time (approximately 7:30-2:30 to start for training)
  • Monday-Friday (flexible hours depending on event attendance and field needs)

Location
