As a Support Specialist, you will provide direct support to locations wherever there is Alternate and New Distribution or an Emergency Response (WANDER) across 70+ BeMobile locations in 10 states. BeMobile offers comprehensive training and a mentorship program to ensure you have the tools for a fun, engaging, and successful career.
The ideal candidate will have:
- 1-2 years of Wireless experience
- Highly organized with attention to detail.
- Must be proficient in sales, prospecting, project management, leadership, and training
- Must be able to manage multiple tasks with proper attention to detail in each task.
- Must be able to execute the Sales Process and Coaching Process fully to ensure it is being used within the store consistently.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
- Must have a reputation for exceeding expectations without constant oversight.
- Willingness to travel up to 90% of the time.
- Candidate must have a valid driver’s license, be able to drive, and adhere to BeMobile’s Vehicle Policy.
