About The Role
As a Sales Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in transforming raw data into actionable insights. You’ll collect, analyze, and interpret sales order data to uncover trends, identify opportunities, and support sales strategies. Your work will directly contribute to revenue growth, forecasting, and planning.
This role offers both consistency and variety—while core responsibilities remain steady, new projects and challenges will keep things dynamic. You’ll also have the creative freedom to design your own dashboards and storyboards, and your ideas will be welcomed.
Location: On-site at our Fall River, MA facility, with potential for a hybrid or remote schedule after a successful 90-day review.

About The Role
As a Sales Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in transforming raw data into actionable insights. You’ll collect, analyze, and interpret sales order data to uncover trends, identify opportunities, and support sales strategies. Responsibilities And Essential Tasks
- Develops clear, visually engaging reports, dashboards, and other visualizations that translate complex data into actionable insights for stakeholders.
- Presents findings to stakeholders at all levels, tailoring communication for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Tracks and analyzes KPIs, sales order performance, and other key metrics using Excel and BI tools.
- Evaluates the effectiveness of implemented strategies and recommends improvements based on industry knowledge and data-driven insights.
- Assists in the design and enhancement of reporting tools to improve decision-making capabilities.
- Conducts competitive sales analysis and evaluates private label program performance against store sales growth goals.
- Performs category sales management analysis to assess program profitability relative to established objectives.
- Serves as backup to Sales Ordering Analyst for planned and unplanned absences, provides high level order counseling, resulting in order development.
- Works with order algorithm, accesses future orders, questions data inputs and responds to customer inquiries both informatively and professionally, while meeting deadlines.

Preparation/Experience and Training
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience required providing sales support, problem resolution, high-level of customer care and process improvement.
- At least 4 years of experience in similar role or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience interacting with SAP or similar application highly desirable.
- Must have superior analytic ability, including experience preparing analytical reports.
- Experience in manufacturing is preferred.
- Experience in food manufacturing highly desirable.
- Strong work ethic.
- Strong computer skills and proficiency in a variety of software programs is required, including e-mail management and MS Office (Advanced skill in MS Excel required, including extensive VLOOKUP and Pivot tables).
- Deep knowledge of customer service procedures and principles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Organized with attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skill with proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Good decision making, planning, analysis and problem-solving skills with ability to multi-task.
- Ability to resolve customer complaints and issues while maintaining a professional and calm demeanor.
- Must be able to take initiative and work well independently as well as in collaboration with and as part of a team.
