What You Will Be Doing

• Own and drive one strategic domain of our national launch plan with complete decision authority
• Lead cross-functional initiatives with direct accountability for outcomes across multiple markets
• Develop and implement scalable playbooks that withstand real-world pressure testing
• Collaborate directly with founders and key stakeholders to deliver launch-critical infrastructure

Director Of Retail Operations Key Responsibilities

Own and deliver a core operational pillar of 2HL's national school expansion that enables 25-30 new campuses to launch successfully within six months, transforming how thousands of students experience education.

Basic Requirements

We're seeking exceptional operators across multiple verticals. All candidates must demonstrate speed, clarity, structured thinking, and relentless execution.

Essential Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years at a premier strategy consulting firm (McKinsey, Bain, BCG)
• Demonstrated success leading complex operations in high-pressure, ambiguous environments
• Proven expertise in at least one domain: regulatory compliance, systems implementation, or financial operations at scale
• Exceptional analytical capabilities paired with bias for action—you execute without supervision
• U.S. work authorization and capacity to travel approximately 25% of time
• Proficiency with AI tools to enhance operational efficiency and execution speed

Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $200 USD/hour, which equates to $400,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
