What You Will Be Doing
Own and deliver a core operational pillar of 2HL's national school expansion that enables 25-30 new campuses to launch successfully within six months, transforming how thousands of students experience education.

Working with us
This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $200 USD/hour, which equates to $400,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly. - Leverage AI and automation to create operational efficiencies that accelerate our expansion timeline
- Producing recommendations without implementing them—this role demands execution
- Navigating organizational layers—you'll have direct access to decision-makers
- Focusing on isolated markets—your solutions must scale across all geographies
- Waiting for perfect information—you'll make critical decisions with limited data
- Escalating difficult decisions—you own both the strategy and the consequences

- Demonstrated success leading complex operations in high-pressure, ambiguous environments
- Proven expertise in at least one domain: regulatory compliance, systems implementation, or financial operations at scale
- Exceptional analytical capabilities paired with bias for action—you execute without supervision
- U.S. work authorization and capacity to travel approximately 25% of time
- Proficiency with AI tools to enhance operational efficiency and execution speed
