Your Role at Delta Faucet

Delta Faucet Company is seeking a dynamic leader to fill the role as Site Director within our central distribution center (CDC) located in Jackson, TN. The Site Director, CDC is accountable for delivering exceptional service, empowering team of over 200 associates while achieving daily performance standards. This role is responsible for establishing and overseeing the order fulfillment vision and strategy (2 – 5 years out) in alignment with the Jackson Vision, Mission, and Strategy and the Delta Faucet Company’s long range plan. The Site Director, CDC demonstrates leadership that expresses, models, and reinforces a culture of accountability, high performance, change leadership and empowerment to drive execution, adaptability, and scalability and support the growth and needs of the business.

Responsibilities

  • Design and lead the order fulfillment strategy and roadmap to effectively manage material flow and distribution to meet the needs of an evolving business model with emphasis on B2B and B2C.
  • Support the development and execution of short and long-term business objectives of material flow and distribution focused on customer service, innovation, efficiencies and optimal cost.
  • Establish KPIs and leverage reporting and analytics to track progress to monitor the success of the order fulfillment strategy
  • Develop an adaptable organization that leverages technology and drives efficiencies to proactively respond to customer and consumer expectations to support growth.
  • Promote development at all levels of this department to build a talent pipeline that engages and retains employees
  • Be a genuine dual citizen of your team/function/business unit/Masco enterprise by working across boundaries, navigating complexities by effectively interfacing with leaders across the organization to deliver results.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required. Master’s level degree/MBA a plus
  • Minimum of 10 years applicable experience leading teams with complex initiatives in logistics, warehousing, inventory, and customer fulfillment
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, demonstrated senior level presence, relationship building skills
  • Change leader, proactive, innovator, analytical problem solver, ability to dissect ambiguity in a highly complex environment, proven skills with strategic planning and thought leadership
