Rockline Industries, a leading private-label manufacturer of wet wipes and coffee filter products, is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Account Manager I/II to join our Contract Manufacturing Services (CMS) team.
About The Role
As an Account Manager I/II in our Contract Manufacturing Services (CMS), you’ll be the primary point of contact for assigned customers, ensuring their needs are met while supporting the sales team in identifying new opportunities. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally to manage production, resolve issues, and help bring new products to market—all while delivering exceptional service that strengthens customer loyalty.

About The Role
As an Account Manager I/II in our Contract Manufacturing Services (CMS), you’ll be the primary point of contact for assigned customers, ensuring their needs are met while supporting the sales team in identifying new opportunities. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally to manage production, resolve issues, and help bring new products to market—all while delivering exceptional service that strengthens customer loyalty.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the day-to-day liaison for assigned customer accounts
- Monitor production runs, purchase orders, and inventory using JDE reporting tools
- Support project commercialization and product launches
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Customer Service, Scheduling, and Quality Assurance
- Resolve routine issues and communicate updates clearly and professionally
- Assist in identifying opportunities for additional products and services
- Represent Rockline at trade shows and industry events

We are hiring for either Account Manager I or Account Manager II. Please see the requirements for both positions below.
- Account Manager I: Bachelor’s degree in a related field (or in pursuit), or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Account Manager II: Bachelor’s Degree in a related field and 2 years of sales support experience or a combination of education/experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Preferred: Experience in customer service or account management
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and handle challenging conversations with professionalism
