Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, nursing, or in a related human services field, or non-related Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 3 years relevant/related experience required.

We’re seeking passionate Therapeutic Behavioral Services Specialists (TBSS) to work directly in our partner communities and schools, providing trauma-informed, strengths-based interventions to youth and families in need.
What You'll Do
As a Therapeutic Behavioral Services Specialist, you'll act as the clinical lead for youth who exhibit behavioral challenges but may not require traditional therapy. Your work includes:
- Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans based on diagnostic assessments and behavioral screenings
- Delivering direct Therapeutic Behavioral Services (TBS) and Community Psychiatric Supportive Treatment (CPST) tailored to each client’s needs.
- Supporting school-aged clients in restoring social and coping skills, improving relationships, and building community connections.
- Partnering closely with caregivers, school staff, and community stakeholders to foster a collaborative, wraparound approach to care.
- Facilitating one-on-one and group-based behavioral health interventions during and after school hours.
- Participating in weekly clinical supervision and professional development sessions.

- Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, nursing, or in a related human services field, or non-related Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 3 years relevant/related experience required.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in the behavioral health sector.
- A valid Ohio Driver’s License and a safe/operable automobile, with proof of liability auto insurance coverage that meets the state minimum.
- Knowledge of child development and mental health issues, along with proficiency in delivering evidence-based mental health interventions both inside and outside of school settings.
- Ability to speak effectively before groups of clients or employees of the organization.
- Ability to maintain relevant, timely documentation as required.
- Ability to write and or type routine reports and correspondence.
