Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive training sessions for surgeons and sales representatives on the proper use and application of our forefoot product line.
- Provide technical expertise and support during surgical procedures, ensuring optimal product utilization and patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop educational materials and resources tailored to the needs of surgeons and sales representatives.
- Assist in the coordination and execution of regional training events, workshops, and conferences.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on our forefoot product portfolio, addressing technical inquiries and providing solutions as needed.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitive products, and surgical techniques related to foot and ankle surgeries.
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field (e.g., Biology, Biomedical Engineering) required; advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a technical support or clinical education role within the medical device industry, preferably in foot and ankle orthopedics.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and educate diverse audiences.
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality training programs and presentations.
- Ability to travel within the Midwest region as needed (approximately 50% travel expected).
- Experience working with orthopedic surgeons in a clinical setting.
- Understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance standards in the medical device industry.
