Systems Courseware Developer / Training Instructor

What You Will Be Doing

In this position the successful candidate will be responsible for leading the training section and developing highly creative training material for existing and new systems. The ideal candidate will provide standup training to customer personnel at various locations. The selected candidate will also be responsible for the development and implementation of syllabi and training plans and assist in the development of simulation and scenarios used for customer training.

The successful candidate must have excellent creative capabilities in designing and creating technology-based multi-media applications applying both innovative concept and methodologies and technical skills, using multiple media tools. May involve audio, digital animation, text, graphics, visual capture, Virtual Reality (VR), Augmented Reality (AR), photo and video and more for applications including web, mobile and simulation. Researches latest trends on graphic design, software and development techniques. Must be able to interpret system technical orders, illustrated parts manuals and technical drawings and schematic diagrams.
