The ideal candidate will assist with content gathering, posting, community engagement, and video editing while supporting the creative team to bring polished marketing visuals to life.

What You Can Expect In The Role
- Assist the Social Media Specialist with managing posts for five accounts.
- Work closely with the Social Media Specialist to gather content for all HKB Charlotte and HKB Concord providers, including surgery and med spa.
- Schedule posts and ensure timely publication.
- Engage with our online community by liking, following, commenting, and responding to direct messages on social platforms.
- Assist in editing short-form video clips (for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, etc.) as needed.
- Coordinate cross-platform content sharing and engagement.
- Maintain a positive and consistent brand voice in all interactions.
- Support Marketing Team during campaign launches, seasonal projects, and events.
- 1+ years of experience in similar roles.
- Associate's degree in a relate field or equivalent combination of experience and education.
- Basic to intermediate skills in Canva and CapCut, or similar.
- High attention to detail and visual consistency.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to meet recurring deadlines.
- Experience in healthcare, beauty, or wellness industries is a plus.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, creative environment.
