Provide professional development and coordinated technical assistance, develop products, and participate in special project activities for local education agencies that support the ESC's core purpose and strategic goals.

Education Qualifications
- Degree in education or related field; Master´s degree preferred
- Valid Texas teaching certificate or other appropriate license or certification
- Ability to plan, implement and follow up on staff development and to provide coordinated assistance in the assigned area
- Strong communication, public relations, and interpersonal skills
- Advanced knowledge in the assigned area
- Manage and provide leadership to personnel assigned to programs or projects for which the consultant is responsible.
- Assume responsibility for the success of programs and services assigned through attainment of appropriate outcomes.
- Assist in appropriate use of fiscal and facility resources to support program goals and activities
- Develop and/or conduct professional development in elementary mathematics, with focus on the Texas Essential Knowledge and Skills (TEKS) alignment, and curriculum (TCMPC and Bluebonnet Learning).
- Interpret policies, procedures and data to LEAs and center staff.
- Implement programs and updates as mandated by TEA.
- Provide on-site coordinated assistance and follow-up in the area of Content Area Mathematics
