Job Overview:

As a Call Center Representative, you will utilize your communication skills and problem-solving abilities to handle incoming calls in a professional and efficient manner.




Key Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls from customers promptly and professionally.
• Provide accurate and detailed information to customers regarding products and services.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints with empathy and efficiency.
• Document customer interactions in the company’s database for future reference.
• Follow up on customer issues to ensure resolution and satisfaction.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications preferred.
• Proven experience in a customer service or call center environment is desirable.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
