Title: Clinical Coordinator

Location: Maple Grove, MN

Duration: 12 Month

100% Onsite

Position Summary

This position will provide clinical study team administrative support to ensure compliance with the study protocol, domestic and international Good Clinical Practices, applicable regulatory standards, and Abbott’s Standard Operating Procedures.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Maintain the study regulatory binder and site regulatory documents.
  • Manage device shipping and tracking.
  • Provide assistance with core labs, including data tracking and preparation of invoices, as needed.
  • Collaborate with the In-house Clinical Research Associate and/or Project Manager regarding study or site management needs.

Key Skills And Experience Required

  • Must have previous experience within or supporting a clinical study team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently.
  • Strong team player.

Detailed Responsibilities

  • Create and manage site regulatory/subject binders and other study-related documents; ship them to sites.
  • Assist with the maintenance of the study website, as needed.
  • Set up and maintain site study files, including the review and tracking of essential study site documents.
  • Perform quality reviews and filing of site and sponsor correspondence in the Trial Master File.
  • Contribute to and assist with site audit readiness, when requested.
  • Track regulatory submissions and correspondence on essential study site documents.
  • Collect and organize investigator and site information; prepare and follow up on site activation documents, when requested.
  • Track study-related information such as site/study status, enrollment, IRB/EC status, and regulatory documents, as requested.
