Qualifications: Requirededucation&experience:

• Bachelor'sdegreeinCivilEngineering
• Minimum5yearsofdirectcivilsiteexperience
• Active Georgia PE license
• AdvancedproficiencyinCivil3Disrequired
• Strongbackgroundinlanddevelopmentforbothresidentialandcommercialprojects
• Proficiencyinsitedesign,includinggrading,drainage,utilitylayout,anderosionandsedimentcontrol
• PermanentresidentsoftheUnitedStatesorU.S.citizenshipisrequiredforthisrole
