The successful candidate for this position will be involved in a wide variety of site-civil engineering projects including mixed use, commercial, institutional, and recreational. No two projects are ever the same and it is fast moving - you will likely get to see projects that you work on become realities within months.

Responsibilities may include:

• Preliminary layout and design
• Plan production
• Schematic Exhibits
• Construction site visits
• Client/ partner interaction
• Developing/refining CAD techniques and technologies

Successful candidate will:

• Be passionate about learning and growing in their career!
• Be a successful problem solver.
• Be an effective communicator!
• Have strong AutoCAD and Civil 3D skills
• Pass a timed drafting test replicating a basic site from a detailed PDF
  
  
  

Preferences will be given to:

• Civil 3D experience
• Survey or construction experience
• Experience with Photoshop or other graphic-based programs
  
  
  

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

Bonus: Discretionary on an annual basis

Expected hours: 40 per week (NOT 46 - ask around!)
