The successful candidate for this position will be involved in a wide variety of site-civil engineering projects including mixed use, commercial, institutional, and recreational. No two projects are ever the same and it is fast moving - you will likely get to see projects that you work on become realities within months.

Responsibilities may include:
Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
Bonus: Discretionary on an annual basis
Expected hours: 40 per week (NOT 46 - ask around!)

Responsibilities may include:
- Preliminary layout and design
- Plan production
- Schematic Exhibits
- Construction site visits
- Client/ partner interaction
- Developing/refining CAD techniques and technologies
- Training and being trained
- Be passionate about learning and growing in their career!
- Be a successful problem solver.
- Be an effective communicator!
- Have strong AutoCAD and Civil 3D skills
- Pass a timed drafting test replicating a basic site from a detailed PDF
- Civil 3D experience
- Survey or construction experience
- Experience with Photoshop or other graphic-based programs
Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
