Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary: $80,000

On-Target Earnings: $115,000+ (Uncapped Commission Potential)

What You'll Do

Assist families in urgent need of care by recommending senior living or home care options during hospital or skilled nursing discharges.

Generate daily qualified referrals and meet monthly placement targets through active account management and strategic outreach.

Build and expand referral networks by conducting presentations, cold calls, drop-ins, and relationship follow-ups with healthcare professionals.

Support new sales initiatives and provide feedback on tools and processes to enhance effectiveness in your assigned territory.

What We’re Looking For

Minimum of 3 years of experience in account management or sales within the healthcare industry

Excellent presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Sheets and a CRM (Salesforce preferred)

Ability to travel locally in your territory (5 days a week)

Knowledge of healthcare regulations and industry standards is a plus
