We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Health Insurance Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of health insurance processes, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage client accounts effectively.

What You'll Do
Manage client accounts and ensure timely processing of insurance claims
Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients regarding their health insurance needs
Collaborate with healthcare providers and insurers to resolve issues and streamline processes
Maintain accurate records and documentation related to client interactions and transactions
Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
Assist in the development of training materials for new staff on health insurance policies
What We’re Looking For
Minimum of 2 years experience in health insurance or account management role
Strong organizational skills with an attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
