Duties And Responsibilities
- Assist in logging, investigating, and resolving customer complaints by leveraging camera systems, the Warehouse Management System (WMS), and collaboration with Supervisors and Managers to identify incidents and root causes.
- Serve as the owner of the GOAT onboarding program, managing content, coordinating participation, and maintaining accurate program records to ensure a consistent and effective new hire experience
- Investigate inventory discrepancies through WMS analysis and physical cycle counts, safely operating forklifts or turret trucks to access and verify stock in designated warehouse locations.
- Apply knowledge of the Blue Yonder system to document operational processes and customer experience tasks with clear, step-by-step instructions to support training and process consistency across teams.
- Support Team Member training on quality and food safety practices, Team Member safety protocols, and HR policies to ensure a safe, compliant, and well-informed workforce.
- Participate in preparation for and execution of customer, regulatory, and third-party audits to ensure compliance and readiness.
- Assist the Quality Manager with recurring, deadline-driven responsibilities including document reviews, pest control verification, inspections, risk assessments, and internal audits to maintain compliance with regulatory and industry standards.
- Support the maintenance of the temperature and humidity monitoring system, including troubleshooting sensor issues and facilitating the NIST recertification process to ensure accurate environmental controls.
- Contribute to ongoing quality testing initiatives such as benchmark data collection and temperature mapping to ensure alignment with quality standards.
- Perform other duties and support additional initiatives as assigned to meet evolving business and operational needs
- Organizational Skills – Strong ability to organize, file, and manage paperwork efficiently.
- Communication Skills – Capable of clear, effective communication via email, phone, and in-person; comfortable leading training sessions for groups of employees.
- Computer Literacy – Proficient in basic computer use with a willingness to learn new systems and software applications.
- Multi-Tasking – Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a dynamic work environment.
- Willingness to Travel – Must be willing to travel to various InterChange locations including Winchester, Front Royal, Verona, Lyndhurst, Portsmouth, and future sites as needed.
- Valid Driver’s License – Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license for travel requirements.
- Blue Yonder Knowledge – Familiarity with or ability to quickly learn Blue Yonder (Warehouse Management System) to support investigations, training, and documentation.
- Video Camera System Familiarity – Experience with or ability to learn InterChange’s video camera systems to assist in investigations and quality assurance tasks.
- Equipment Operation – Ability to safely operate InterChange equipment, including forklifts and turret trucks, as needed for investigations and inventory verification.
