Responsibilities/Qualifications

Intrado is looking to hire an Event Coordinator to join our Marketing team in Longmont, CO.

We are looking for a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Event Marketing Coordinator to join our Marketing team and support our Senior Event Planner. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with 1-2 years of hands-on experience in event planning, field marketing, or trade shows who is eager to learn the ins and outs of this dynamic field and grow their career in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

In this role, you will help coordinate and sometimes manage the planning and execution of events that engage public safety professionals, promote our solutions, and elevate our brand presence across the emergency response communications industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Support planning and logistics for industry trade shows, conferences, webinars, customer events, and internal meetings
• Assist with coordinating event details such as booth setup, shipping materials, travel arrangements, and vendor communications
• Partner with the Senior Event Planner and cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, product) to align events with business goals
• Track deadlines, prepare checklists, and help keep event timelines on schedule
• Help manage registration processes, lead capture tools, and post-event follow-ups
• Maintain and organize event materials, inventory, and documentation
• Assist in promoting events through email, social, and other marketing channels
• Compile event metrics and feedback to support reporting and improvement efforts
• Represent the brand professionally and positively in interactions with partners, vendors, and public safety personnel
  
  

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
  
  

Experience

• 1+ years of experience supporting event planning, trade shows, or field marketing
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint); experience with event platforms is a plus
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to travel to support onsite event execution
• Ability to work from our corporate office in Longmont on a hybrid schedule

The starting salary is anticipated between $55,000 and $65,000 to start and will be commensurate with experience.
