About the Job
What You’ll Do
- Manage the pipeline of candidates for legal and professional services roles
- Collaborate with with the team and business to understand staffing needs
- Source, screen, and schedule interviews for high-volume roles
- Maintain accurate records in applicant tracking systems (iCIMS, UKG, or Bullhorn)
- Support operational recruiting as needed
- 1+ year of experience in high-volume recruiting
- Strong sourcing and campaigning skills required
- Prior experience recruiting for professional services preferred
- Familiarity with ATS platforms like iCIMS, UKG, or Bullhorn
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Highly motivated, enthusiastic, and adaptable
