Position Overview

Successful State Farm Agent is seeking a qualified professional to join their winning team as an Account Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with customers, providing insurance solutions, and meeting sales targets. Responsibilities

  • Develop new business opportunities through prospecting and networking
  • Assess customer needs and recommend suitable insurance coverage
  • Present insurance proposals to clients and address any questions or concerns
  • Maintain accurate customer records and follow-up on policy renewals
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals
  • Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge
  • Obtain necessary insurance licenses to comply with state regulations

Compensation: $55,000-$75,000+ annually including salary, commission and bonus

Requirements

  • Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
  • Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
  • Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs
  • Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
  • Self-motivated
  • Proactive in problem solving
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Ability to make presentations to potential customers
  • Courses on ethical and customer centered sales practices will be required
  • Selected candidate is expected to remain current in product changes, licensing, technical developments, and continuing education
