Our Commercial Lines team is seeking exceptional college students for our Summer Internship Program which provides meaningful opportunities for personal and professional growth, as well as rewarding career path options.

Compensation:
The target hiring range for this role may vary based on geographic location and other factors, including merit or performance, demonstrated proficiency, skills for the role, education, travel requirements, and experience. Additional compensation may include an annual bonus (which could take the form of a general bonus, sales incentive, or short-term incentive), long-term incentive or spot recognition awards. The posted range reflects our ability to hire at different position titles and levels depending on background and experience.

- Be supported and mentored by a community of exceptional talent (leaders, managers, subject matter experts and recent graduates)
- Participate in a cross-functional team building project focused on corporate philanthropy
- Attend weekly development workshops with your intern peers
- Join in engagement and social activities with other interns
Our Commercial Lines team is seeking exceptional college students for our Summer Internship Program which provides meaningful opportunities for personal and professional growth, as well as rewarding career path options.
IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL:
- Translate business needs to technical specifications - consultative
- Maintain and support data analytics platforms
- Create tools to store data (e. g. OLAP cubes)
- Conduct unit testing and troubleshooting
- Evaluate and improve existing BI systems
- Collaborate with teams to integrate systems
- Develop and execute database queries and conduct analyses
- Create visualizations and reports for requested projects
- Develop and update technical documentation
- Story telling & public speaking
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelors or advanced degree program
- Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher preferred
- Ability to commit to a full time 10-week internship program
- Ability to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship now or in the future
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
