Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies to achieve company goals.
- Identify new market opportunities and cultivate relationships with potential clients.
- Lead negotiations with clients to secure contracts and partnerships that align with company objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project management and execution.
- Utilize software tools to track sales activities, manage customer relationships, and analyze market trends.
- Conduct market research to inform strategic planning and identify competitive advantages.
- Prepare reports and presentations for senior management on business development progress and future opportunities.
- Lead a team of five to ten field sales associates.
- Proven negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
- Excellent project management capabilities, ensuring timely delivery of initiatives.
- In-depth knowledge of home health business development processes and strategies.
- Proficiency in sales techniques and understanding of the sales cycle.
- Familiarity with software solutions that enhance business operations.
