Location: Huntington Beach, CA
Pay: Up to $25.00/hour
Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a licensed insurance customer service role within the insurance industry.

Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM | Friday, 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM

Job Description:
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and in-person client inquiries
- Assist clients with billing, claims, policy questions, and coverage changes
- Process applications, renewals, endorsements, and cancellations
- Provide quotes and educate clients on coverage options
- Maintain accurate client records in the agency management system
- Support agents with policy follow-ups and communications
- Perform policy reviews to support client retention
- Ensure compliance with underwriting and company guidelines
- Stay updated on industry changes and insurance products
- Provide friendly, efficient service with a problem-solving mindset
Hard Skills:
- Active Personal Lines License
- 2–3 years of licensed customer service experience in insurance
- Experience with client management systems (training provided if needed)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, basic Excel)
- Familiarity with Mercury or similar underwriting systems is a plus
- Excellent communication and multitasking ability
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Team-oriented and punctual
- Willingness to share knowledge and follow directions
