Job Overview

HandymanCo Home Services is experiencing rapid growth and seeking multiple skilled Craftsmen/Handymen to join our reliable, professional, and dedicated Field Operations team. As a full-time team member, you'll work on a variety of residential handyman and remodeling projects, using your own tools and vehicle (mileage stipends provided). If you enjoy completing quality work, maintaining your independence, and never having to worry about chasing clients or paperwork, this is the role for you.

Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To

• Perform various handyman tasks including drywall repairs, painting, ceiling fan replacements, TV mounting, handrail installations, and bathroom vanity swaps.
• Engage professionally with clients and earn trust by delivering dependable service.
• Identify additional service opportunities while on-site to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Use company-provided software to check in/out, invoice, and collect payments.
• Interior and exterior, residential and commercial renovation and remodeling work.
  
  

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in handyman/maintenance /remodeling/construction work.
• Strong working knowledge across multiple trades.
• Must have your own tools and a reliable truck or van.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Experience with Construction Field Software is a plus!
• Comfortable using technology and apps for job tracking.
• Ability to lift 50+lbs, work on ladders, at heights, and in various weather conditions.
• Professional appearance and ability to pass a background check and drug screening.

Work Schedule

Monday - Friday, 40 hours/week (no weekends)

Onsite throughout Sandy, UT and surrounding areas (Wasatch Front)
