Reboot Staff is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive **Communications Coordinator** to join our growing team in Raleigh, NC. This role is essential in ensuring internal and external communications are clear, consistent, and aligned with the company’s vision. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating written materials, managing messaging initiatives, and supporting overall communication strategies.

**Responsibilities**

• Develop and coordinate internal and external communication strategies
• Prepare and edit company materials, including newsletters, announcements, and press releases
• Assist in organizing and executing corporate events and meetings
• Collaborate with departments to gather accurate information and ensure consistency in messaging
• Maintain up-to-date documentation and communication logs
• Support the management of communication projects from conception to execution
• Monitor feedback and performance to improve communication approaches
  
  

Qualifications

**Qualifications**

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Business, or related field
• 1-3 years of experience in a communications-related role
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
