About this opportunity:

HireCapital is partnering with the leadership team of a mission-driven technology company supporting secure infrastructure and identity systems across global markets. The team is seeking a versatile mid-level graphic designer to join their Marketing & Communications division and help elevate brand impact across digital, print, and physical channels.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creative problem-solving, thrives in collaborative environments, and wants to grow across disciplines including branding, layout, content creation, and light digital/web production.

Responsibilities:

• Design marketing and event collateral, including:
• Booth graphics, print materials, and executive presentations
• Brochures
• Social media content
• Conduct visual research and source licensed commercial imagery
• Assist in minor website updates and CMS content management (WordPress)
• Create and edit basic video content using tools like Adobe Premiere
• Support UI/UX efforts in product-facing environments when needed
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Operations, Execs) on evolving brand experiences such as demo spaces and product installations

Required:

• 5–7 years of design experience, ideally in a corporate or cross-disciplinary setting
• Fluent in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Premiere Pro)
• Comfortable with light front-end edits (HTML/CSS/PHP a plus, especially for WordPress)
• Excited to work in-house, not agency-style — thrives with structure and creative constraints
• Excellent communicator who embraces feedback and iteration
• Organized, resourceful, and able to juggle multiple projects with competing deadlines
• Bonus: multilingual, experience working with international orgs or non-profits
